For the first time in months, I’ve created something that i can be proud of. I think I’m going to title it “Tree Trunk In Summer”.

For those of you who might what was going through my mind when I drew this, I’ll have to disappoint you. It’s nothing more than I saw this scene, liked it, and decided to draw it. No deep meaning.

But I will tell you what was going on in my life when I saw this. Our cat had run away in search for a willing female. We looked and asked all over. We put up signs, looked everywhere. Finally, someone called us. She had found our cat.

In one of the trips looking for our cat, we were in a possible place to find him. I saw this scene and decided it was interesting.

In other news, I’ve gotten a new easel that I can take with me anywhere. It would be useful for doing portraits and sketching landscapes.

Also, I have added some products to my gallery site. They’re accessories, home goods and framed prints which feature my artwork. They’re on my gallery site, but you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see them.
