I’m always looking for ideas for drawing, and these days I seem to be stretching. I feel sometimes that I have run out of ideas. There doesn’t seem to be any inspiration from my surroundings anymore. So, as I said, I have to stretch.

The drawing above is one example. I had seen a bird sitting on a street light and I thought I could make a drawing out of it. However, when I got right down to it, I realized I had to do a lot to make it an intesting drawing.

It did give me a chance to bring some spring motifs in it, though.

All in all, Ive decided, it isn’t horrible. 😦
