Not exactly the sea, it was actually the Long Island Sound.  My friend and I went looking for rocks for Danbury Rocks and made a day of it.  First we went to the art supply store, where I spent too much money.  That’s easy,  I’m like a child in a candy store, there.  Then we drove to the shore.

Gathering stones was fun, as was soaking in the saltwater.

Anyway, back to reality and doing artwork…when I’m really supposed to be doing housework.

I’m going through some old drawings to see how I’ve handled foliage in the past…I came up with these…

Oh, yes and the winter beach I did earlier this year.
