This is the very beginning of a piece that will be titled “Pocket Paradise”. This is the 5x7n version, but I plan to do a full size one as well. Not only does it fit the theme of paradise, it also is a very personal image. This is the garden of the house in which I live.

It will contain an American Flag. I am by no means a flag-waving American, but as an object, it is fun to portray. I love the bright colors, the drapes, and the challenge of getting the stars and stripes to line up. Cheers!
