A while back, I answered an ad on Craigslist for people to design watches featuring Barak Obama.  It was a competition, and three winners would get their watches made and sold, and they’d collect royalties.   I thought I’d give it a try.  I didn’t win, but I was a runner-up, and my prize was to have my design put on a watch just for me.  Pity I can’t wear it, I’m allergic to metal.

I probably would have had a better chance if I hadn’t done one humongous error…put Obama’s face in the middle of the watch where the hands are.
