A few months ago, I decided I no longer wanted to work in retail anymore. This is both mentally and physically. I had no skills otherwise. except drawing.

I tried many things to make money. Of course, I tried (and still am trying) to sell my big drawings. I’ve made hand drawn note cards, and quick sketch portraits. I haven’t really given up, I still think if I keep trying. It’s just in the meantime, I’ll have to be like Avis, and try harder.

However, I did manage to finish a full sized drawing this week. I don’t have a title for it, and if any of you can suggest a good one, let me know.

I was waiting for a ride one fall day, It was kind of a gloomy day, and I was taking in the mood. As my friend’s car pulled up, I turned and saw apples on the ground. And so, I decided to draw the scene.
